Position: Delivery Associate 
Duration: Full-time (Remote), 9 months
Location: Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Overview:
The Delivery Associate in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will be responsible for the operationalization of the Pilot Anti-Rape Crisis Cell (ARCC) notified under the Anti Rape Act 2021 in the province, endorsement of the Sexual Violence Response Framework for KPK, and execution of multi-sectoral training sessions. This role will primarily focus on stakeholder engagement, multi-sectoral coordination, policy engagement, and survivor-centered response mechanisms in collaboration with the provincial government, law enforcement agencies, and civil society.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Implementation:

  • Identify programmatic deliverables on a quarterly basis and assess resource requirements in collaboration with the Project Manager.

  • Assist the Project Manager in identifying delivery inputs for project activities and coordinate with relevant departments (Admin/M&E/PDU etc.) for processing.

  • Support the Project Manager in identifying red flags concerning the delivery of programmatic deliverables.

  • Coordinate with the project team to provide additional support on project deliverables related to field engagements.

  • Actively lead the coordination and execution of programmatic events, establishing communication channels with project stakeholders.

Monitoring, Learning, and Data Management:

  • Ensure project-specific monitoring tools are updated, stored, and utilized in line with M&E standards during project activities.

  • Routinely update the monitoring and evaluation calendar for the respective project and keep M&E timely apprised of project activities.

  • Ensure the accuracy of data collected throughout project activities and update the Project Manager on any inconsistencies.

  • Regularly conduct field visits to monitor program activities, reporting back to the Project Manager on lessons learned and delivery red flags.

Communications & Outreach:

  • Lead the development and execution of the project-specific communications strategy in collaboration with the Communications Department.

  • Develop the project's dissemination strategy while maintaining a stakeholder list for the same.

  • Ensure effective coverage of project activities and events, leading the dissemination on social media.

Strategic Support & Stakeholder Management:

  • Support the Project Manager in liaising with project stakeholders and establishing relationships with relevant focal persons, including supporting advocacy campaigns.

  • Maintain regular contact and coordination with project stakeholders alongside the Project Manager.

  • Assist the Project Manager in maintaining the project's stakeholder analysis document.

  • Support the Project Manager in designing donor reports and relevant documents for stakeholders.

  • Lead the operationalization of the Pilot Anti-Rape Crisis Cell in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and launch of the KP Sexual Violence Response Framework.

  • Engage with the KP Commission on the Status of Women, judiciary, police, healthcare institutions, among other Criminal Justice System stakeholders to develop a coordinated response to GBV cases.

  • Advocate for survivor-centric services and legal protection mechanisms under the Anti-Rape Act 2021.

  • Conduct legal and policy analysis to address gaps in the implementation of sexual violence laws.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Public Policy, Gender Studies, Human Rights, or a relevant field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in advocacy, policy development, or GBV response mechanisms.

  • Strong understanding of sexual violence legislation and justice sector processes in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

  • Demonstrated experience in establishing and managing multi-stakeholder initiatives.

  • Excellent coordination, policy engagement, and program management skills
