Pathfinder International seeks a qualified Instructional Design Consultant to develop a Learning Module for the National SBC Guidelines and Toolkit using instructional design methodology. The consultant will structure and format the guidelines into an accessible, user-friendly format for government representatives, academia, and civil society organizations.

Scope of Work:

• Develop a professionally structured learning module (print & downloadable version).
• Create guidelines for trainers to facilitate a 1-day training.
• Produce a short bilingual (Urdu/English) instructional video to support self-learning.

Consultancy Duration: May 1 – May 30, 2025

Location: Karachi (preferred)

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Education, Communication, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in instructional design and document structuring.
• Expertise in public health and Social & Behavior Change (SBC) methodologies.
• Strong skills in content structuring, layout design, and formatting.
