CARE Pakistan invites proposals from qualified firms/consultants for consultancy services aimed at enhancing user engagement, digital content, and LMS optimization under the Strive Women Pakistan project.

Scope of Work:

The selected consultant/firm will be responsible for:
✅ Collecting and analyzing user feedback for platform enhancement.
✅ Redesigning the VCARE website for improved usability and accessibility.
✅ Enhancing video content with animations and illustrations.
✅ Integrating additional courses from credible sources.
✅ Developing a centralized database for user engagement tracking.
✅ Establishing and optimizing a YouTube channel for learning materials.
✅ Conducting SEO audits and implementing improvements.
✅ Providing technical guidance and training for platform management.
✅ Implementing a structured feedback mechanism for continuous improvement.

Mandatory Criteria:

✔ Experience: Minimum of 4 years in relevant digital content development, website design, and LMS optimization, preferably in the development sector.
✔ Technical Expertise: Proven experience in multimedia content creation, web development, SEO, and database management.
✔ Work Samples: Submission of at least two relevant work samples.
✔ Project Approach & Methodology: Clear proposal demonstrating understanding and methodology for content enhancement and mobile adaptation.
✔ Team Composition: A multidisciplinary team including a Project Lead, Digital Marketing Specialist, Web Developer/Designer, UI/UX Designer, and Content Producer.
✔ Financial Proposal: Budget breakdown submitted in PDF format and password-protected (to be shared later by shortlisted firms).
✔ Legal Compliance: Registration certificate of the firm.
