Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Ability to communicate in English fluently to work with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Ability to Reconcile bank statements and accounts
• Oversee and manage the company’s cash flow, ensuring optimal liquidity and financial stability.

Preferred qualifications:

• Ability to work in a cross-functional, changing environment and to lead and drive operational initiatives.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively with executive management.
• Ability to conduct financial analysis and develop forecasts, budgets, and financial models
• Ability to have strong attention to detail, organizational skills and focus on continuous improvement

About the job:

As an Accounts & Finance analyst you will work on a specific project critical to BeHope’s needs with opportunities to switch teams and projects as you and our fast-paced business grow and evolve. You'll lead an accounting process from end-to-end. Other responsibilities include reconciling balance sheets and P&L accounts, and providing supplementary financial information for internal and external reports. From developing forward-thinking analysis to generating management reports to scaling our automated financial processes, the Finance organization is an important partner and advisor to the business.

Responsibilities

• Balance sheet management and review reconciliations of key balance sheet account balances including reporting for the same.
• Develop knowledge of tools and applications in support of the accounting function and highlight opportunities for improvement.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to provide financial insights and support the achievement of strategic goals. Lead cross-functional projects that require financial expertise, including new product launches, market expansions, etc
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
