Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities

  •  

Coordinate recruitment efforts, Prepare Job description and job advertisement, Scheduling interviews and test.

  •  

To collaborate in developing HR plans and budgets that align with the organization's goals and ensure optimal utilization of resources.

  •  

Develop and execute recruitment strategies and onboard qualified candidates.

  •  

Identify training needs, design development programs, and coordinate training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

  •  

Support career growth by creating opportunities for learning and professional development.

  •  

Implement effective communication channels to facilitate open dialogue between employees and management.

  •  

Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a productive work environment

  •  

Implement performance management processes, including objective setting, performance appraisals, and employee development plans.

  •  

Prepare presentations and reports for the HR department on various HR initiatives, metrics, and updates.

  •  

Collaborate with managers to address performance issues and develop improvement plans.

  •  

Manage compensation programs, including salary structures, bonuses, and incentives, to ensure competitiveness and alignment.

  •  

Thoroughly review and verify employees' per diem, overtime calculations, and other payroll elements for accuracy before finalizing payroll.

  •  

Provide support in managing employment relations and disciplinary issues, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and legal regulations.

  •  

Manage employee exit processes, conduct exit interviews. Handle absconding cases in compliance with organizational policies.

  •  

Stay up-to-date with organizational laws and regulations to ensure the organization's HR practices are compliant.

  •  

Manage employee records, documentation, and reporting requirements related to legal compliance.

  •  

Administer employee benefits such as health and Life Insurance, Gratuity, EOBI, and leave policies.

  •  

Collect, analyze, and present HR data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.

  •  

Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize HR processes.

  •  

Prepare lists and documents for annual and project audits.

  •  

Prepare Notes, office orders etc.

  •  

Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Education

MBA in Human Resource from HEC recognized Institution/University.HR Certification will be an advantage.

Experience

5 years proven experience in similar HR role in national or international humanitarian organization.

Skills/Knowledge

  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR softwares, MS Office, and presentation tools.
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
