Relevant Experience & Job Description:
- Prepare quantity takeoffs and BOQs for earthwork, concrete, steel, and dam structures
- Develop and monitor project cost estimates and budgets
- Handle contract administration (e.g., FIDIC), including variations and claims
- Take site measurements and prepare running bills (IPC) and payment certificates
- Assist in procurement, tendering, and evaluation of subcontractors/suppliers
- Track project progress and cost reports (weekly/monthly)
- Manage variation orders and claims due to design or site changes
- Coordinate with headoffice team and maintain accurate documentation and records
